Centralized ERP and BPM Implementation in the Construction Sector
The management challenges faced by "SMTS" LLC, a leading company in the construction sector, due to the use of fragmented software across different departments have been successfully resolved. Through the implementation and integration of Tiger 3 and E-Flow BPM systems, centralized control over the operations of all workplaces and departments was established. As a result of this successful project, reports and operations for Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Sales, Technical Production, Legal, and Human Resources were completely consolidated into a single, seamlessly operating digital platform.
