Integration of Call Center and ERP Systems
Unifying the 3CX Call Center and Tiger 3 programs on a single platform at "Mineral Sular" LLC.
In accordance with the business requirements of "Mineral Sular" LLC, a producer of natural and mineral table waters, the Tiger 3 ERP system was successfully implemented at the enterprise. To manage the increasing volume of customer orders more efficiently, based on our proposal, the "3CX Call Center" software was also deployed and deeply integrated with the existing ERP system. As a result, the process of directly reflecting incoming orders in the software and obtaining necessary analytical reports from a unified center has been fully automated.
