Production Automation and Financial Control

The LOGO Tiger 3 Enterprise system was implemented in the flour and other food production facilities of Karat Holding, a leader in the food industry of Azerbaijan. The main goal of the project was to unite the entire chain from raw material supply to the distribution stage of the finished product on a single platform. Through the system, a perfect infrastructure was established for accurate cost calculation, centralized control of financial flows and strategic planning of internal resources of the holding.
